As soon as I reach Indore, I am going to eat all these things that are shown in the list below :-
- Poha, Samosa.
Where :- Hotel Prashant, Indore.
The people of Indore are food lovers and whoever comes to the city get a warm welcome with chai, samosa and poha, which is one of the speciality of Indore. Late Shri Purshottam Joshi and Dattatray Joshi of Hotel Prashant are regarded as the inventor of Poha in Indore in 1949. There are so many fancy varieties of Poha in Indore but the poha of this place is best. Highly recommended.
- Jalebi.
Where :- Mousa Jalebi Centre, Kalani Nagar, Indore.
Jalebi, an indian sweet made with deep frying maida flour (plain flour or all purpose flour) batter in circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. It is often accompanied with curd or rabri. People in Indore highly consume Jalebi in the morning after having poha. Many people have as combo with poha.
- Kachori.
Where :- Lal Balti Kachori, Tilak Path, Rambag, Indore.
If you are a kachori lover, you must try kachori at this place. The aloo kachori at this place is priced at Rs.12 per piece. The kachori is very crunchy, served with green chutney. Do visit when you are in Indore. Highly recommended.
- Khopra Patties.
Where :- Vijay Chaat House, 56 Dukan, Indore.
The most demanded and famous savoury from this place is Khopra Patties. It is a potato crust ball filled with dry and fresh coconut, roasted with some secret spices as filling. It's taste is bit sweet, nutty and savoury, distinct and amazing. Khopra Patties is served with sweet dry ginger chutney and green chutney. The price per Khopra Patties is Rs.16/-
- Dahi Vada.
Where :- Joshi Dahi Vada House, Sarafa Bazar, Indore.
The Vada at Joshi Dahi Vada are extremely soft, tossed in sweet, tangy dahi and sprinkled with magic spices. A must try place for Dahi Vada. Highly recommended. The price per plate is Rs.35/-
- Garadu.
Where :- Sarafa Bazar, Indore.
Garadu is a type of yam, boiled and fried just in front of you and served garma garam with general sprinkle of special garadu masala, salt and lemon. It is a dish available only during winters (from October to March). You can find Garadu as many vendors sells on the street of Sarafa Bazar. Must try it.
- Golgappa.
Where :- Sarafa Bazar, Indore.
India's biggest Golgappa at Sarafa Bazar, Indore. Golgappas in Sarafa Bazar shops are so big that you can put only one golgappa in a normal size bowl at one time. The pani of those golgappa is damn good. Must try it.
- Benjo with Mutton Tikki.
Where :- Johny Hot Dog, 56 Dukan, Indore.
Whenever I searched famous place to eat in Indore, Johny Hot Dog was always on the list. Long time back, when I went at this place, the shop was full of crowd and there was a queue of 25 people outside the shop. I tried benjo with mutton tikki. It was quite good in taste served with onion, green chutney and tomato sauce. Must try it. Highly recommended.
- Bhutte ki Kees.

Basically, it is a savory corn dish made up with grated corn and then cooked with several spices and milk. It is served with finely chopped coriander leaves, grated coconut and topped with spices mixture (like red chilli powder, salt, roasted cumin powder etc) and at last lemon juice is squeezed all over this to make it more tasty. You can feel little bit sweet (sweetness from corn) and other flavours. It is only available between 09:30 pm to 02:00 am at Sarafa Bazar, Indore. Must try it.
- Sabudane ki Khichdi.
Where :- Near Manyavar Showroom, Vikram Tower, Indore.
- Lassi.
Where :- Ghamandi Lassi, Near Sardar Patel Circle, Indore.
- Kadhai Milk.
Where :- Laxminarayan Doodhwala, Old Palasia, Indore.
Laxminarayan Doodhwala is one of the legendary shop which is 60 years old. The shop claims to prepare this milk in the biggest kadhai of India and the kadhai that they were using was indeed pretty big. The taste of the kadhai milk is so good and yumm. Highly recommended.
- Moong Bhajiya.
Where :- Sindhi Colony, Gali No.2, Street Corner, Indore.
The moong bhajiya at this place is so crisp and yumm. The Bhajiya is served with green chutney and red chutney. It is a perfect evening snack.
- Nachos Chaat.

- Shahi Paratha.

The Aadesh Paratha in Sarafa Bazar is a crowd attracting place for all paratha lovers. The Paratha made in ghee with different use of masala in the stuffings of paratha. The paratha is served with two different chutneys i.e. spicy and sweet chutney and pickles. Do try their parathas. Highly recommended.
- Ginger Tea.

The Chhole Bhature at this place is heaven. One would come again and again to have such a tasty chhole bhature at this place. The chhole is spicy and plate is served with tangy green chutney and pickles, with onion and green chillies. Do try it. Highly recommended.
- Mawa Batti.

Mawa Batti is a sweet dish that is popular in Indore. This is a bigger version of gulab jamun stuffed with lots of dry fruits, cardamom and saffron. Mawa Batti has its own joy of eating. Must try it. Highly recommended.

Prakash Namkeens, one of the best shop that sells Namkeens in Indore. The indori namkeen has got its own specialities and taste. Do try it. You will love it.

Nafees Restaurant is a perfect place to dine with non-vegetarian items like biryani, kebabs, roast chicken etc. The chicken gulista gravy is very thick and yumm to eat. It is served with the sprinkle of coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes kept aside the plate to make it more attracted.
- Paneer Club Sandwich.

- Oreo Freak Shake.

Try the heavenly Oreo Freak Shake at Fork it. The shake was too good in look as well as in taste. Must try it. Highly recommended.
