What is best source of protein for vegeterians?

There are a number of sources of protein that vegetarians can add to their diet to build good lean muscle tissue or to lead a healthy lifestyle as protein is essential for optimal functioning of the body.

As most of the vegetarian's source of protein is not a complete source of protein(Which is they don't contain all the essential amino acids),
Thus we have to combine multiple veg protein sources together so that it fulfills the profile of essential amino acids.

1.Chickpeas rice(Chola and rice, chickpeas is a good source of protein, fiber and gives a good amount of essential micronutrients as well)

2.Sprouts

3.Rajama Rice

4.Besan Chilla or Besan Toast(Gram flour toast or chilla are a great source of fiber, protein, and complex carbs, which is again you can make tasty by adding good spices of your choice with some veggies and paneer)

5.Lentils with rice/roti

6.Soya Chunks(Also don't worry about soya chunks, first consume them and see if it suitable for your body or not, if yes then you can consume a good amount of soya chunks any time of the year, if not then don't consume it)

There is no safe limit on soya chunks, it is totally depended on your gut and body, how it digest and assimilate it.

7. Whey Protein(Now for the vegetarian's whey protein is something which is really good to add to their diet so that they can easily get a good 20–24gm of complete protein in a scoop.
Also, I suppose that most of the myths are busted with regards to whey protein.

Since many people think that whey protein is something not natural and is not safe for the body

Whey protein is a type of protein which is founded and extracted from milk, the good old cow milk which we have been drinking from childhood,

now when we manufacture cheese form milk, there is a liquid left behind the cheese, which is called your whey liquids, these liquids are super rich in protein and have all essential amino acids which are good for muscle development,

Now when this liquid is converted into a powder form with added flavors is easy and sustainable for a normal person to consume it at any time of the day, this powder is called whey protein.
Which is nothing but a good and complete source of protein supplement.

8.Peanut Butter

9. Cottage Cheese(100gm of paneer will give you a good 17gm of protein with 20gm of fats which is good for your body)

10. Black Eyed Beans(As it is a legume it will give you somehow the same amount of protein as rajma.

which is again you have to eat it with some rice or whole-grain so that the amino acid profile is completed.

11.Tofu(Tofu is a complete source of protein which gives a good 17gm of protein per 100gm of serving,

Which again you can make in the best way like Bhurji or with tomato puree base, it is a bit hard than paneer but yes you will like it.

Also, it is one of the favorite foods of the Japanese people.

These are some good protein options that as a vegetarian you can add to your diet.

Also, protein requirements vary from person to person, which you can adjust according to your body goals.

But you can definitely add these food items to your diet to get good protein in your diet.
