What exercises should I do to lose weight?

The still most searched question on Google is which is the short best workout/exercise which a person should do to lose weight.

Again this question doesn't have a straight answer as it depends upon a lot of factors but one of the most important things is to consider that,

Do you enjoy or have fun doing your workouts?

If the answer is no then you should either change your workout or look for some other kind of exercise.
For eg I don't prefer to do cardio in the gyms which are on the treadmill or cycle, what I personally prefer is to do my walking or running in an empty open park.

Thus if you are forcing yourself to go to work out and it is something that you think you won't be able to do for most of the time than try to find other activities which you might like

Since fitness or healthy lifestyle or being fit, is never a short term game or a small lifestyle change that you do for some months, it is a lifestyle that you live.
Therefore if you are just new to weight loss, don't just go and run a mile or hours on the treadmill.

The best thing that you can do is to try various exercises do them for a span of time to see if you like them or not.

The best thing if you take my word you can do is weight training and skipping rope.
Weight training is a kind of workout that you will love as there is a level of upgrading daily where you are the player and training is the game, where you have to crash the schedule for the day and progressive overload every day.

Weight training will help you to build muscles, which is again a good thing to have.

Now the other good thing, which is my personal favorite and especially if you are someone who is new or intermediate in their fitness journey is skipping rope.

About 6–7 of my associated people(clients) have got leaner, stronger, have more endurance and stamina, good energy levels, by doing skipping rope every day for about 35 -40 minutes workout in the period of lockdown(May onwards)

Also for skipping rope you just require a good quality rope[ I personally use this rope[https://amzn.to/38v2RKt], a little area of your house, and some good music.
And you are ready to go, skipping rope burns a very good amount of calories per session, which is why it is one of the favorite exercises of many celebrities and athletes around the globe.
As skipping rope helps in,

1.Tone your calves.

2.Tighten your core(Which again helps in enhancing the overall strength of the body)

3.Improve your lung capacity(which is good in this pandemic season)

4.Increase stamina(Better blood flow)

5.Enhancing heart health

6.Increasing your body-mind coordination

"Remember you will always find the magic and wonder of the human body in the simplest things"

Thus if you are new or don't have an idea from where, to begin with, skipping rope every day for about 35–45 minutes(Yes you can obviously take some break between your sets), and progressive you can introduce some free body workout as well(like some pushups, burpees, squats, some weighted lunges.

This exercise when integrated with a good diet and sleep will definitely help you to get leaner and lose some fat!
