Which dish do you eat the most in a month?
Well, breakfast is the only meal of my diet that is most consistent.
It usually consists of Poha and seasonal cut fruits.
I love poha and prefer to have it over anything else in the morning.
It is a great source of carbohydrates and rich in iron, fibre, and antioxidants.
The best part is it’s gluten-free.
Most importantly, it is easy to make and my husband likes it too!
Even when I am staying at a hotel, if they are serving poha at breakfast, I make sure to try it.
However, if sometimes I want to satisfy my cravings, I go for Missi Roti with a Paneer dish.
