I think there is no any just a food which leads weight loss .
Big story in short
1.prefer home cooked food
2.eat fresh food not package one
3.avoid maida , sweet /sugar , fried
4.eat in moderation.
5.mindfull eating
6.chew your food properly ( most underrated thing )
7.try to make your dish Colourfull and healthy

BONUS TIPS : add chia seed , pumpkin seed , flex seeds in your diet they are rich in omega three and six fatty acid
Drink enough water ( I know everyone think , am drinking enough amount of water but that may not fact )
Count your daily CALORIE INTAKE and be in a CALORIC DEFICIT.

Improve your health first i.e. eating habits and health life style eventually it leads weight loss
I was 58 kg in February 2020 . Eating chips pockets every single day🤭. Vada pav were my best friends ( being Maharashtrian )
Now am 53.4 kg in September 2020 just by switching to healthy life style and some exercise.
Here is picture from my morning walk .I prefer walking because other exercise may cause joint pain or knee pain in future .I think it's a best exercise for my body and may be helpful to you guys ☺️
