Is Diletta Leotta all natural?

There has always been a lot of talk about Italian soubrette Diletta Leotta with lots of photos that would portray her before and after, without counting the references to her brother, the plastic surgeon who would have given her a hand.

But apparently, it is the brother himself who denies:

"My sister came to my clinic at most once, we prefer to see each other elsewhere"

Diletta would not be retouched, but her body and her face would be the result of simple maturation, without any retouching.
