How much protein does an average person need daily and how to get it?

Ther Protein requirements for each and every person that exists depends from person to person,

but since as you have mentioned average human being, means that an average human being just wants to stay healthy who works out sometimes, and wants to lead a healthy lifestyle without putting in the extra effort that some professionals have to.

Thus for the normal average human being who is living, needs about 1gm of protein per their body weight(in kgs), and if you want to build some muscles then the requirement of protein increases.
But again for an average of 70kg man, 70gm of protein a day is ideal and is really easy to complete.

6.Rajma Rice(Good complete and decent amount of protein 12–15 in rajma rice)

7.Chickpeas Rice(same as rajma)

8.Sprouts(100gm of sprouts will give you a good 16gm of protein)
