How much do you eat a day? What does a full day of eating look like for you?
Morning 8:00am - I start my day by drinking around 1L of water before my morning chores.
Morning - 9am
My Breakfast is usually one of the following
Oatmeal, Poha, Aloo paratha, upma, roti and Omlette and a cutting chai. Morning Chai is Mandatory
Lunch - Around 1pm
Home-cooked simple Lunch
Around 5 pm i have pre-workout meal which is usually banana or peanut Butter banana sandwich and post workout it's protien shake.
Also Mandatory Evening Tea
Dinner - 8:30pm
It's usually the same , simple home cooked food
On Cheat days 😝 -
