People hate him because of who he used to be. But they forget almost no one who becomes famous as young as he, comes out it completely unscathed. Yes he was an annoying little shit for many years. And now, he’s just… a dude making songs, not bothering anyone.
No he isn’t particularly cool. But he isn’t also uniquely uncool. He’s just about as normal as a famous musician can be at this point. And scandal-free for several years now.
