How do I get good skin?

Skin is the largest organ of the human body, which accounts for a big part of your body.

Now coming to what things that you need to add to your routine to get good skin,

Remember it is never one single thing that will give you a complete result, it is always the integration of small things together which forms the circle of a good result.

1.Nutrition(Diet):- Your diet is and will be the most important aspect of your health, which is why a good diet will always the most important aspect of your health.
Therefore consume these foods items in your diet for good skin,

1.Local Vegetables(Carrots, Tomatoes, green vegetables, and all seasonal vegetables)

2.Amla

3.Fresh Fruits(Papaya, apple, orange, and all seasonal fruits, as all the fresh fruits, will take care of your antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals)

4.Dry fruits and seeds(Again a great source of healthy fats, protein, and essential vitamins and minerals)

5.Collagen
