You will find beautiful women in both countries but as a rule, Russian women make more efforts to look “traditionally feminine" than French women for cultural reasons, and as such can be more attractive and alluring.
For example, French women tend to use as little make-up as possible because make-up is somewhat frowned upon and the approach to beauty is different, as it tends to emphasize “naturalness" at all cost.
It is particularly striking as far as hairstyle goes : French women tend to favor “tousled" hair which is carefully studied to look like you have just gotten out of bed. They also wear dark or neutral colors as far as clothing goes.

Having said that, the reputation of French women when it comes to slenderness and fine aging has some merit in my opinion.
