This is Kundan.
I am not going to list down positive points about my course. But all the negative points. So that you can take the right call before enrolling to my course.
Negative point 1:- This is a very very long course.
It may take up to even six months to finish the course. Course content is designed in such a way that both videos and doubt sessions will be conducted. Course access will be given for 1-year post completion of the course. But, every module completion may not happen as per the schedule assigned to you. I am a little lazy in terms of creating new contents. I am always under pressure to find real-life stories to correlate with every chapter. So, sometime content will be delayed.
Negative point 2:- Refund Policy is not very friendly.
Even though I am offering a 100% refund on the course, the refund will be issued on one condition. You have to cancel the course within 48 hours of the enrollment. I feel this is not client friendly condition. As, in the first 48 hrs, you will be given access to only 14 classes. So, you will have to make a judgement in that 48 hrs only.
Negative Point 3:- My mobile App.
I do have mobile apps both on ANDROID and IOS. But, you will not have down and offline watching facility. And, approximately 5% of the learners have complained about buffering issues. I am using VIMEO video services, and I have escalated it many times. But, a complaint about the buffering is not stopping. Every day, few learners come with this complaint. When we try to replicate the issue with my end, it works fine for me. But, still a few buffering complaints I get daily.
Negative Point 4:- No tips or advisory.
In this course, my role will be only of a teacher and instructor. And I strictly follow a policy of not giving any advisory or tip. So, few learners get disappointed in this part. I don't have an advisory licence from SEBI. So, advising without a licence would be a crime. In future also, there is a very slim chance that I would be giving advice for course learners. Even if I apply for an advisory licence, I would be charging a separate fee for advisory.
Negative Point 5:- I got a bad English accent.
Yes, I got a worse possible accent. And sometime, you will need to rewind the video to listen to a few words correctly.
Negative Points 6:- Camera-Mic is of poor quality in introductory classes.
I have just used my Macbook Air camera and microphone. You will find my videos a few notches down from YouTubers or Netflix movies.
There could be more negative points. As part of feedback, I'll get them and will keep adding in this list.
