Well I'm a Pakistani man who actually knows how to cook a few things. I know how to cook quite a few dishes but I would say my speciality is chapli kebab and some BBQ. I have been cooking since a few years once in a blue moon and according to my family and their friends my food is quite good :)!
Here are my Chapli kebabs.
I'd say this is my top class speciality as I cooked it the most often. It's my family's favourite dish and to be frank it's mine too as a proud Pashtun. Often my mum would ask me to make it for our guests and Alhamdulillah they loved it every time.
Charsi tikkas.
Yeah I know it's charsi tikka but the secret ingredient is not naswaar. I learnt how to make it a few months ago and it's very simple to make. All you need is salt and you are good to go. I enjoy making these on the charcoal barbeque slow cooked for the culture :D.
Pakistani pulao
I love this dish so much and I honestly feel it's better than Biryani or even Kabuli Pulao. My heart can die for a plate of this.
Kabuli pulao
I know the lighting sucks balls but I promise you it isn't biryani (it looked and tasted way better than the picture as my lighting sucks). I also really like this dish as it has no spice yet so much flavour which goes well for me as I don't have acidity. These pictures were actually taken today as I made kabuli for myself and my grandparents :). It tasted amazing although I could have added a bit more carrots and raisins as they were a little.
Seekh kebab
I am not too fond of this dish as I get acidity by it but I cook it every now and then on a nice summer day on the barbeque. I make it very good but I wouldn't say it's my speciality.

I'm a bit of a crazy Pashtun. I love barbeque and no weather, time or temperature will stop me from doing it if need be. Here's a picture of me and my family doing barbeque in snow a good few years ago!
