some healthy snacks for work or school

There are a lot of healthy/nourishing snack options that you can go for, instead of going to eat any processed foods or stuff,

1.Dry Fruits and seeds(Smoked dry fruits such as almond, black raisin, Pista, walnuts, figs are a great option for your healthy snack)
Which will give you essential micronutrients, protein, and healthy fats, that will help to nourish your body from within thus dry fruits are one of the best snacks that you can add to your diet.
Again these healthy fats from dry fruits and seeds will help your body to produce optimal levels of hormones.

2.Protein Bars

Protein bars are again a great source of a healthy snack that you can consume, made up of using whey protein, oats, honey, and some seeds.

3.Makhana

Again one of the best snacking options that you can go for is Fox nuts(makhanas).
It has a good amount of fiber, magnesium, and potassium which are again very essential minerals for your body.
you can have it with your tea/coffee or any time of the day.

4.Roasted channa

5.Peice of Fresh Fruit.
You can have any piece of fruit which are local and are in season.
From banana to any other seasonal fruit you can add to your diet.

6.Coconut Water
The best gift from nature, a great source of replenishing your body electrolytes and hydrating your cells.
Make sure you always bring/consume local coconut water instead of going for any other coconut water sold in plastic bottles(which is again not good for your health and planet as well)

7.Peanut Butter Toast
A spoon of natural peanut butter(of brand Alpino) on a slice of whole wheat bread or roti is just the best snack that you can have.

From base(roti/bread) you will get good carbs and from peanut butter, you will get a good amount of essential nutrients, healthy fats, and protein.
which are again very nourishing for your body.

If you don't like peanut butter you can always go for natural almond butter.

but make sure that the nut butter is natural, which is only made up of the nuts only.

I hope this answer adds some value to your life!
