There is a very interesting story that I want to tell you guys. 8 months ago pandemic started I came home and left my apartment in Delhi.
Being in Delhi the food quality automatically deteriorated. When I came back I found my parents working all day, moreover I founD them physically fit.
Everyday in dinner I eating something which was freshly plucked from our small garden. The food became so tasty that I can’t express in words.
And today I am here plucking some chillies right now for dinner preparation and it feels so good that I am eating such healthy organic food everyday.
Moral of the story- To add value in your food, try to start gardening, it can be small effort small space but the effects are going to be positive and long term :)
