Only natural things can boost your Testosterone levels.

There is plenty of stuff that you can do to increase your testosterone naturally. This includes foods, workout routines, lifestyle changes, healthy ejaculation, and more. I’ll explain everything step by step but first we need to know what is your personal goal. Why do you want to increase testosterone levels? Is it because you want muscles or is it because you have low sex desire or unable to achieve good erections? Everything is dependent on what your major goal is. Fortunately I can help you in both cases. Let’s start with bodybuilding first as to how we can increase our T levels naturally. These T levels are called Free testosterone which is freely available in the blood and it is required to make a hard muscular body. The bodybuilders who inject testosterone shots have high free testosterone levels but as a side effect to the steroids, the person experiences a major drop in Total testosterone which is responsible for good sexual health. This is the only reason why many bodybuilders don't have kids or can't satisfy a woman. Things that you can do to increase your testosterone

  • Add amino acid-rich foods to your diet.
  • Spinach and broccoli are a must. Take them as steamed or boiled for easy consumption.
  • Lift as heavy as possible while doing shoulder press, bench press, and leg workouts.
  • Reduce dairy products use including milk. Many people think milk increases strength but actually it reduces testosterone levels.
  • Studies have shown that roman Gladiators were 'mostly vegetarian'. So if you think increasing meat in diet will help you gain strength, think again!
  • Indian ginseng.
  • Ayurvedic supplements by Dr. Sudhir Bhola (quite a well-known doctor in Asia).
  • Add amino acid rich foods to the diet.

Now I would like to share my own story as I have been through a state where I was suffering from low testosterone levels and high estradiol i.e. oestrogen levels. This means a weak body, less facial hair, weak erections, and low sexual desire. Although I had a girlfriend but couldn't do anything except the basic kissing (please don't laugh 😂 ). Well this was back in 2016 and we are not together anymore because of my own faults. I tried all the things I mentioned above but the major role was played by supplements/medications by Dr. Sudhir Bhola which were nothing but natural herbs and extracts. He is an Ayurveda doctor in India who is also a member of NAMA of the United States of America, European Society for Sexual Medicine, International Society for Sexual Medicine, The American College of Sexologists. His medications worked wonder for me when I was struggling with low T levels (I was at 135 only). When I finished his treatment, I was at 740 in less than 3 months. After that I even joined a gym, I could see a drastic improvement in my strength and erections. I have a very satisfied girlfriend now. I wish to keep my identity hidden which is why I can't post my current physique picture. You can also take online consultation with this doctor from anywhere around the world or visit him if in India.

If you’ve been fighting the black dog of depression, it may be because of low testosterone levels. Researchers have found that men suffering from depression typically have deficient testosterone levels. While scientists haven’t been able to figure out whether it’s low testosterone that causes depression or if depression causes low T levels, preliminary research has shown that some men suffering depression report improvement in mood and other factors of depression after undergoing doctor-directed testosterone treatments.
