It reminds us medicinal use of roasted gram and forgotten home remdies and healrh benefits of roasted grain and jaggery

Here are list of benefits of different roasted grains with jaggery.

Roasted grams specialy chana and jaggery commonly used had grest heslth benifits

It is rich in protien carbohydrates fiber calcium and iron .

Regular use is good for growing children.

It reduces obesity as eating these and masticating pleases the satiety center in the brain and helps to reduce weight with good nutrients and low calories!!

Roasted kadale pappu

Roasted green gram or mung

Roasted moongdal

Roasted green pea

Raosted white vatana

Roasted Kabool chane…

Similarly kadale pappu or rasted channa dal etc are very good source of iron and calcium protien .Specially for pregnant woman and lactating mother these are much useful.

Roasted and powdered black gram taken with mixing jaggery and ghee is one of the best Aphrodisiac to men .It increses spermatogenesis and musculine power

Its called Masha in ayurveda

Roasted black gram or urid or uddu..

Can also be taken with boiling in milk and adding jaggery and ghee .

It is one of best home remedy to increase sperm count motility and Increses morphologically healthy sperms .

It is told in ayurveda as an age old home remedy,simple yet effective.

Even it increases muscle weight and gives strength reduces joint pain and strenghtens joints and nervine tonic to both men and woman .

To treate male infirtility it can be used as a one of best home remedy.

Roasted horse gram

This is one of best remeremedy to female uterine health!!

Roasted and powdered horse gram mixed with jaggery and taken daily acts as an uterine corrective and very good in polycystic overies,delayed menses ,hormonal imbalance and scanty menses.

It is best to both men and woman to reduce weight too.

Even regular intake is useful to dissolve kidney stones .

All roasted grains with jaggery increase general health .

So there is a practice of doing chutney or powdered chutney— pudichutney and use regularly!!
