Teenagers what diet should follow?

I'm also going to add pictures of other meals I frequently eat when I was 18.

At the moment I eat breakfast at around 8am and most of the time I eat

Oatmeal with fruits (today apple and kiwi)

Sometimes I also eat eggs or a good old avocado toast (here with some tomatoes, cress and weirdly chopped up avocado)

…or with some bacon

Snack 1 after I went on a walk (at 10am):

I always drink black tea (usually with milk) and today I had it with cherries from our garden and some almonds.

Another snack I like to eat is a banana with cashew butter.

I eat lunch at around 12/1pm and today I ate rice with green beans and carrots and chicken breast (with a thai mango sauce)

But I often eat some kind of salad from our garden with

…salmon and potatoes

…or with baked chicken wings and garlic bread

My mum also makes amazing green asparagus with cherry tomatoes in olive oil

…and Borscht

And after I watched Ratatouille I just had to recreate it (and because I had no yellow zucchini I used potatoes). This is Rémys Ratatouille (or Confit Byaldi):

And by the way, I drink water with and in between all my meals, with the occasional juice or tea or coffee.

Most of the time my dessert is also my 2nd Snack (at 4/5pm after I walked my dog)

Today I made a batch of brownies and ate two pieces with some whipped cream and red currants from our garden

Sometimes we make ice cream; this one is made out of frozen raspberries and red currants (again both from our garden) and frozen banana and mango

…or self made oreo ice cream

… or iced coffee

My mum also likes to make the famous Japanese cheesecake (yes, the fluffy one)

Most of the time, I don't really eat dinner, but if I do (at 7/8pm after the last walk), it's probably my mum's chicken noodle soup (here with a slice of her sourdough bread)

…and here's another picture of her sourdough bread:

But because I didn't eat dinner today, I ate some potato crisps while watching a movie.

That's enough for today my guys, I hope you enjoyed it!
