Lifestyle is to nourish your body with good nutrients and foods, thus these are certain food items that you can include in your diet,

6.Water(Hydration is most important before you eat anything, thus try to hydrate your body before you follow your diet)

8.Fresh Vegetables
9.Good and sound sleep
10.Meditation or giving some time to your brain to relax and be calm.
These all good Qualities will help you to lead a healthy lifestyle, remember the healthy body is not about having very low body fat percentage and unhealthy by your mind, hence all these qualities together lead to a healthy lifestyle.
